Tiffany believes that the Outdoor Education platform enables participants, both youth and adults alike, to think out of the box and challenges them to step out of their comfort zones. Anchoring on her firm belief that success is not just academia driven, Tiffany takes advantage of the different outdoor setting to impart necessary skillsets for holistic development.

Tiffany possesses strong leadership capabilities as evident since her schooling days, having held the position of Captain of her Co-curricular Activity - Basketball. She is tenacious and unafraid to confront problems in order to resolve them amicably. Her overseas studies experience has built her adaptability and is an edge in providing a global mindset; she is quick on her feet and offers a different perspective of life and independence in this interdependent world. Tiffany has clocked in more than 2,800 training hours, inspiring participants from more than 30 Institutions and Organisations.
