Thank you for your interest in renting a Brompton for your next ride.
To help facilitate your rental we have put together a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ's) .

1. What is the minimum rental period?
1 hour Brompton rental would most likely suffice only a quick ride around our office's vicinity. Our office is near the Toa Payoh Town Park or you can follow our GPS trail to the AMK waterways.
For those who prefer to ride longer distances, we offer Brompton rentals for almost any duration which you would want a Brompton for! Simply chat with us to ask for our rental rates and you can view our fleet of Brompton available for rental here.
You can collect your selected models from 10am to 5pm, Tuesday to Sunday from our Toa Payoh office. For self collection and returns outside this timing please contact us directly so that we can make special arrangements.
1b. Are you able to rent a Brompton by the hour ?
We can rent Brompton's by the hour from our Toa Payoh office. Do take note that returns in excess of 10 minutes will be charged the full 1 hour rate.
2. Pick up and return locations
For Rentals less than 4 hours :
The Bromptons may be collected from our Toa Payoh Office.
For 24 Hour Rentals and long term rentals.
We currently have 3 pick up and delivery areas. Dempsey Hill, Toa Payoh (319519) and Eunos (410638). For pick up and return at areas other than Toa Payoh please note that min rentals are 2 Brompton's for 24hrs. Otherwise a surcharge may apply.
Please allow for 24 hours for the bikes of your choice to be made available at these locations.
3. Can the bikes be delivered
We are able to deliver the bikes to you for added conveniences. The standard delivery fee is $45 per trip for up to 4 bicycles rented. Currently we are unable to deliver to Choa Chu Kang and Jurong.
4. Is there a deposit required ?
Upon inspection of the bicycle, there is a $1,000 deposit required for each bike in the event of damage/loss during the rental period. Deposits are secured via credit card pre-authorization forms.
Please take note that this deposit is insufficient to cover the cost of full replacement in event of theft , loss or complete damage of the bicycle during rental. Deposits are immediately refunded once our staff have inspected the bikes and deem them to be in good condition.

5. Is there training provided ?
If you are new to Brompton and are unfamiliar with its folding process, we will provide you a hands on training before renting the Brompton to you.
6. What happens if the bike is faulty ?
Prior to the start of the rental period, you will be required to do an inspection and test ride of the bike according to the attached checklist . Any existing scratches or imperfections can be noted which will not affect your deposit upon return.
Upon accepting the bicycle you would have deemed that the bicycle is free of faults. We encourage clients to test the bicycles thoroughly before acceptance.
7. Do you provide safety helmets ?
Safety is a priority and you should always wear safety helmets when riding in Singapore even if its just on the PCN (Park Connectors) . We can provide safety helmets at no additional cost upon request.
8. How safe are the bicycles in view of COVID 19 ?
After every ride, the bicycles are sanitised with commercial grade disinfectant. The sanitised parts include handle bars, break levers, Hinge Release, etc.
Prior to the start of each rental we will also provide disinfectant wipes for you to wipe down prior to you handling the bicycles.
9. What are the detailed terms and conditions of the rental agreement ?
A detailed rental agreement which will be completed and presented to you for acknowledgement once you have confirmed and selected your Brompton model. Sufficient time will be given to allow you to review the terms of the rental agreements. Should you disagree with any of the terms stated , please do not rent the bicycles.
10. What happens if it rains during my rental period?
Our objective is to allow you the opportunity to enjoy the Brompton during your rental period. In the event of sever full day inclement weather, please contact us to inform that your plans have been affected so that we can make arrangements to extend the rental period. If the weather is bad prior to checking out we can arrange another date that is suitable. We do not recommend cycling in the rain for extended periods of time as it is a safety hazard.
11. What happens if an accident occurs during my rental?
Our park connectors have become increasingly busy and it is important to watch out for safety, there is currently no insurance instrument available in the market for Brompton bicycles and the lessee is required to bear the cost of damages to the bike. A list of parts and services may be provided upon your request prior to the rental process. The bikes will be inspected upon return for unusual damage.
Burst inner tubes incurred during the rental are charged at $20 each. Burst tires at $45 each.
12. Do you sell Brompton's ?
Please note that High Achievers Outdoor Consultants Pte Ltd is not an authorised reseller of Brompton Bicycles.
Our goal is to provide meaningful and engaging outdoor programmes through the use of the Brompton Bicycle. By combining unique routes, well trained facilitators and an amazing bicycle we hope to deliver a one of a kind riding experience.
We are also a group of enthusiasts who are able to share our experience with you if you are looking to purchase your own Brompton.
