Being a problem-solver herself, Sapnaa often sees solutions amidst problems. This trait of hers also manifests itself in her ability to see potential in troubled youths and potential leaders-in-the-making. Having worked as an Associate in Outdoor Education before embarking on a career as an Outdoor Educator, Sapnaa has gained insightful experiences to ensure the learning objectives are tailored according to the learning needs of the participants. Sapnaa has clocked in more than 3,500 training hours, inspiring participants from more than 40 Institutions and organisations.
