2 Full Days (Non Residential)

0845hr to 1800hr

From TPY interchange – Take bus 235, 238 or 142 and alight at the 2nd bus stop (Bus Stop no. 52329) opp Toa Payoh Stadium.

To Bring:  

Writing Materials (Pen, Pencil, Notebook)


Training Fees:            

SGD25.00 payable in Cash only (Receipt will be issued upon payment.)

Training fees would cover all training materials, learner’s booklet, course certifications, 2 High Achievers Instructor Shirts and light refreshments for the 2 days. 

It helps us cover the basic costs of the program and helps to ensure  that participants who attend are committed to the entire program and will be ready for deployment . 

Participants will be issued with a training certificated from High Achievers. 

Course Outline:             

The purpose of this training course is to equip you with the necessary skills set (Facilitation and Outdoor Camp Craft) in order for you to take up camps with us in the near future. In particular, you will gain insights regarding the following:

  • Group management
  • The different stages of youth development and how to manage them
  • Conducting Icebreakers/Energisers
  • Tent pitching
  • Knots and Lashes
  • Orienteering

Even if you have some experience in leading groups or camps, it would still be an important session to put all of us on the same page and exchange pointers.


Only light refreshments provided for the training, please have a hearty breakfast before arriving, and lunch is not provided. We would be happy to point you in the directions of the many eateries in the area.
