Bitan, in New Taipei City, is a favorite spot for cyclists seeking a scenic and peaceful ride close to the city. With its picturesque riverside paths and the iconic Bitan Suspension Bridge, it offers an ideal setting for a relaxing cycling trip, blending natural beauty with easy accessibility.

The cycling routes around Bitan feature gentle terrain and stunning views of the Xindian River and surrounding green hills. As you ride, the serene atmosphere and well-maintained paths make it easy to enjoy the scenery, with the Bitan Suspension Bridge adding a charming focal point.

After cycling, Bitan's small night market is a great place to take a break. You can park your bike and enjoy a variety of Taiwanese street food while overlooking the river. The market’s riverside location offers a peaceful spot to relax and refuel.

Cycling in Bitan is especially beautiful at sunset, with the sky’s reflection on the calm river and the golden light on the hills. The tranquil environment and scenic views make Bitan a perfect destination for a refreshing cycling experience.

Tour excludes :

-Air ticket to Tao Yuan International Airport Visa fee (where applicable)

-Alcohol during meals (optional extra)

-Personal Travel Insurance

Tour includes :

-Pre-trip inspection and advisory Pre-expedition Conditioning Training Sessions

-Brompton Travel Case packing recommendation

-The tour will proceed with a minimum of 10 participants registered.

-Participants are required to bring their own Brompton bicycle, but we also provide Brompton rental upon request.

-Participants should be in good physical condition with the ability to ride up to 35 km per day.

-100% tour fee upon confirmation Participants are required to have all 3 vaccination shots with certification (mRNA vaccines only).

-Participants are required to secure travel insurance up to $30,000 (including COVID-19 precautions).

-Participants are required to follow the planned itinerary and touring rules for safe cycling.

-In the event of wet weather, participants can choose to ride or ops for local sightseeing.
