Beach Combing

Beach combing is an activity that consists of an individual "combing" (or searching) the beach and the inter-tidal zone, looking for things of value, interest or utility. A beach comber is a person who participates in the activity of beach combing.

In Singapore beach combing is also combined with service learning as participants clear the beach of litter. Keeping our beaches clean also helps protect the ecosystem of sea creatures.
