This 4D3N conference, held at Sarimbun Camp seeks to inculcate the appropriate mindsets, traits and practices of an effective facilitator in the students. The students will be equipped with the right attitude, skills and knowledge to set the foundations and simultaneously boost the level of facilitation in these youths. It focuses on equipping the students with the competence to run the Secondary 1 Orientation Camp as well as other events run by the schools.
