Corporate Team Bonding : Back to school thematic programme !

Back to school! A tongue in cheek throwback to the best times of our lives. Our corporate clients experienced a blast to the past on that Saturday with a uniquely themed corporate retreat which incorporates team building activities. Camp High Achievers is proud to have conducted this team bonding session for them.

 

For most of the participants, it was quite a while since they set foot in a school environment. The event emitted a tinge of nostalgia and reminded them of the good old days while they were completing activities they loved and cherished. 

 

They got divided into different groups and were enthusiastically participating in Icebreakers to build new relationships that are harder to forge in a corporate environment.

How well could you remember the names and faces of the people you just met? Of the three things he just said, which is the lie? These are some of the examples of the activities conducted.

 

Nothing brings people together better than food! For their first challenge assigned different cookout stations which were all part of a mini "carnival" reminiscent of school fundraising events. 

Teams quickly got their stalls fired up and everyone was in a flurry of activity. Buying, selling, cooking. The participants were extremely innovative, many of them reached out to other stalls to negotiate a collaboration. Set meals and special 2 for 1 deals were introduced due to these collaborations. Great way to think outside of the box and really utilize every ingredient! 

 

 

 

As we were nearing the end of the cookout. The participants decided to stop selling and simply let everyone eat to their heart's content for free! Even though they knew that prizes would be given to the stall with the most profit. They choose to be more casual and just have fun for the last 20 minutes. 

 

Filled with energy after such a heavy lunch, its time to burn off some of those calories. We appointed multiple stations along their trekking route towards Mt. Faber. Teamwork is the main focal point of all of the stations. Through coordination and communication, we hope that the participants were able to cultivate a better relationship amongst themselves. 

 

The evening ended with a corporate sit down dinner in an air-conditioned Sports hall. We are grateful for the opportunity to run this corporate program and for being excellent sports showing great enthusiasm. We applaud your perseverance for maintaining such a high energy level throughout the event. You might have taught us a few lessons through this school-themed team bonding session.

We hope that the program has helped bring the team closer and forged lasting relationships. Salute!
