High Achievers Instructor Recruitment Referral Program 2017/2018.

 

Definitions:

 

“Nominator”          : The person referring friends or networks to be a High Achievers Instructor 

“Referral “             : The person referred by the Nominator and introduced to the HA Instructor Program

 

Tier

Conditions

 

Tier 1  : 1 – 3   Referrals

$75 Per Successful Referral /  Payable upon the completion of FTC and completion of first program

 

Tier 2 :  4 – 8 Referrals

$80 Per Successful Referral /  Payable upon the completion of FTC and completion of first program

 

Tier 3 :  9 and above

$85 Per Successful Referral /  Payable upon the completion of FTC and completion of first program

 

*No multi-level referrals. Only the first person indicated will receive the referral reward.

* Nominees must be MOE IRS approved and have completed High Achievers Level 1 FTC course with an active HA connect Account.

 

Other Governing Terms & Conditions

 

  • This scheme shall be made available to new Instructors as well as all existing members of the HA connect community. Members of the public may also be entitled to refer in so far as they are familiar with our service and programs.

 

  • To mark your referral, please complete the attached online referral form to serve as a formal record of your nomination. <https://highachievers.sg/pages/refer-a-friend>

 

  • Referrals must complete their Level 1 FTC by 15 January 2018 and complete their first program run by 15 April 2018 in order for their Nominator to be entitled the tiered referral payment.

 

  • Referral nominations will close on 28th January 2018 and computation for all referral fees will end on 1st May 2018.

 

  • Referral payments will be made via cheque payment on the last day of each calendar month beginning 30th January 2018.

 

  • High Achievers reserves the right to amend these terms as required.
