Recruitment & Instructor Development Intern

High Achievers constantly maintains and develops a large pool of associate trainers and facilitators to execute our various camps and corporate programs. We are looking for a young and enthusatic individual who is pursuing a career in Human Resources/Recruitment. The internship supervisor is a HR practitioner who will provide training in HR processes and procedures, as well as personal development.

Job responsibilities
- Development and refinement of Job scopes and content on social media and recruitment platforms 
- Management of Job portals and leads generation challanges 
- Record keeping, candidate verification and profiling 
- Candidate engagement and establishing fit between role and expectations 
- Briefing on Instructor training courses and securing of attendees 
- Schedule interviews, conduct briefings and facilitate registration
- Manage digital media channels (eg FB chat , Corporate whatsapp , Mass SMS system) 
- Updating personnel records
- Capturing instructors in action and provide feedback for improvement 
- Survey tabulation and statistic generation for Instructor feedback 
- Work together with the HR director to improve processes and new avevenues for Instructor deployment in differerent sectors

Job requirements
- Keen interest in Human Resource
- Keen interest in running Outdoor Camps as a facilitator is ideal, but not necessary
- Minimum 4 months commitment
- Fresh A level graduates may apply
- On-the-job training will be provided
